Louise Holmquist is a project manager (PhD) and laboratory manager at the Nordic Beet Research Foundation with responsibility for experimental projects and data analysis in sugar beet cultivation. She mainly works with disease trials. Responsible for experiments with Aphanomyces, Cercospora and Nematode variants as well as storage experiments with pathogens. Expert in the identification of sugar beet pathogens. Develops new methods for disease testing and other molecular tests.
